ICSC was founded in 1997 with the aim of providing companies and organizations with the tools necessary to run effective sales and technical support centers that meet the highest standards. ICSC itself has a C.O.P.C standard, the most respected international standard for call centers.Over the years ICSC has acquired extensive experience and an impressive number of highly satisfied notable clients. From the day it was founded and until the present day we have served as the support center for HP Israel.
